Jimmy Chan becoming a shareholder means nothing other than he’s on someone else’s payroll as well. In fact, I think it’s garbage. SGMD is making the investment, so why doesn’t SGMD become the shareholder?

I have no investments in this company and will continue to have nothing till Jimbo can prove his worth. He took at 4 million rev company in carryout supplies and brought it to under 3, seasoning sfix imploded and now he wants to take SGMD to 2 billion shares. Do you know how quickly I move on when doing a scanner when I see a company has two BILLION shares?
