Whyyyyy... it is! Why does it matter? JF and Ziv put a stain on this one, so without any meaningful news or developments from the company, this stock actually reverses when others are going up as well as reverses when others are going down, there's been only one direction for this stock and it's down.

Maybe this one is at the very bottom and makes sense to invest a little amount in for when it decides to move up? Many have called for $1 to be the bottom, then $0.80, then 0.60, 0.50, 0.40, 0.30, 0.20 and now we're in teens, so is this a bottom? Hard to say since we had so many bottoms already and everyone has fallen off.
