I think Hybrid Titan Management is taking its sweet time with court proceedings, to save money and make sure things will go through when they move forward with the cases. Its a matter of timing and maybe Alessi wants to find a buyer before he follows up with these tickers, or wants to make sure all prior actions from management are known, or note holders, or etc... and so on.... a million different reasons no one can honestly know nor am I pretending to know at this point. Remember Each ticker has a different SS and market cap making them attractive to different companies IMO and the courts are receptive to Jay (lawyer) being on the docket whenever he/Alessi are ready.

IMO Alessi makes his real money when he sells the ticker to a new company. Since one of his prior plays got suspended for sloppy paperwork and because his prior LDSR play had some a serious debt note (that Jason didnt contest from the old MinaMa rrrr group that raised some flags) and because DKTS has "Stalled in the courts" he is making sure IMO to get everything right on BLUU and AAPH. I dont know anything for certain but in my opinion Alessi is taking his time to make sure everything is legit for sale. And he probably went on vacation in the summer lol I'm thinking like any successful person does. Everyone who buys a shell/ticker wants to CE removed to dilute hard on OTC so I am certain he will make sure that can be possible post hand off.

Again these are all "private matters" between Alessi and the former companies so we need to respect peoples legal privacy. At the same time answers should be given especially to people who have played Alessi's tickers for some time now. Alessi doesn't owe me or anyone anything remember that. And because of the current stage of each company SH do not have much legal recourse regarding company disclosures. I am still optimistic this will play out well for us.
