Sorry to hear of your fathers passing. Iv'e been a shareholder since the '90s. At the time it never crossed my mind if Leep had a BOD or not. You said your father was a shareholder since the early 2000's. Grant Record was the CEO at the time. He ran the company into the ground. Since I have been a shareholder I have never voted for a Board member. For those who don't know how a BOD works here is one of many links you can search...

I do not know if Grant had his own inner circle of people he trusted that he called the Board. Board members are paid. They are paid salary or through stock or stock options. If your dad was truly a Board member, I'm sure he would have been one vote for firing JN. I have never voted for a Board member. THEY HAVE TO BE VOTED IN BY SHAREHOLDERS.

Do you know if your father was compensated for his work on the Board? Board members meet roughly 4 to 8 times a year in person with the CEO or by conference call. Sometimes you have to spend around 5 hours a week doing BOD work. A company this small probably less.

Brainiac, I only get 3 posts. This is for your post. I know you want to do something about JN. But from what I understand, I am not interested in your plan. I feel your pain. But not interested in Tino. It will lose me money. It isn't going anywhere. It's a dog with many many fleas. Your best bet is to get a BOD. Then you can fire JN or get him to comply with the Boards direction. Which means keeping shareholders updated. That is where you should spend your resources.
