Glenn came on board when? If acquisitions were revamped when he came on board it wouldn’t surprise me if it took 12-18 months to finalize. Acquisitions take time, longer then most are willing to wait. 3-6 months is attainable but pushing it. 12-18 is a conservative time frame for most acquisitions.
