They have a history of doing this. They were supposed to be
building some huge complex in Jamaica a couple of years ago
and said they were waiting for some european funding, very vague,
nothing ever followed and then they did R/S.. People eventually
lose interest, move on, and a new batch of followers will come in and
start pumping this scam. They know how this works all too well.
