I just got home after a very bad day and now I see this news.

Cormark Eh! Did they not unload a whack of shares just a few days ago while everyone was thinking it was URA? The answer is 'yes' they did.

Whoever bought them just paid for this financing. I can't see a connection with any buyback of URA shares. That said, UEX did have plenty of money in the kitty so why was this financing needed?

The last time I spoke to Roger he assured me that there were NO PLANS for any more dilution when I asked him about future financings. They had $9 million in the bank at the time. That may have been before this rebalancing was announced but why should that make a difference? It makes no sense to me but then it never does until the truth comes out.
