I agree this company is so far ahead of 99% of the other penny stocks it is not even funny. I am hoping after the conference call tomorrow this move will be explained as to why it is in the best interest for them give away 50% of the company. If this deal results in a dramatic increase in sales and then cause our stock price to jump I'm OK with it. I have a feeling that is what is going to happen.
