Angelo, True if its a nice enough upfront there would be no need to dilute further. If he got just 10 million up front, it would be close to enough to get through next year with some added revenue.

I was more or less making a point on the original poster that IF he was planning on diluting he would wait until that news was released and then dilute rather than at these levels.

That's why we hadn't seen a offering up to this point and when we did it was a personal loan from him so he could control the shares. I feel he's trying desperately to remain in control. and that's why he only did a bridging gap financing. just to get through until news comes in.
