What happened today?

1) many cannabis tickers saw above average gains on above average volume

2) information known only to GWPH management and institutional investment managers close to the company was the cause

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
