Last annual meeting was dated.........
"NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS TO BE HELD ON JANUARY 25, 2012"
or 6 years ago.This is why I gave an odds of 10:1 to see another meeting in 2018 and I(am glad) lost.

The million dollar question:Why now and why the change of heart??
Guess 1:
Something great is coming(20% growth) or eps=4c+;
Guess 2:
Same old same old(hiccup&fart) or eps=2c;
Guess 3:
He is going to crap on us(pulling our legs again) or eps=1c-.

ps-what is the odds Sam reinstate CC??If he wants go NASDAQ,100% is required,is our little "prick" ready for the challenge or just farting????
