Ok you mention Marketcap, let’s discuss.

First the OS number is not current, and the transfer agent is gagged. This tells you the latest number is wildly out.

Second the Marketcap is based solely on the latest (incorrect) OS number. It does NOT include the preference shares. These are effectively 3.25 shares per real share in the OS

So even if you believe the OS (which you should not) multiply the Market cap by 4.25 to get a closer number.

Also calculate in the daily dilution (and multiply by 4.25).

I don’t EVER give stock advice, but here please please please read the tape. There are better stocks than this one. Move on...
