Gregg filed a Form 15 and stripped the assets from shareholders, and took them to ARCI. He also met up with Brett Pojunis, CEO of this new mess and an officer of PNTVas well. I doubt they have any plan other than to fleece any traders they can find. The MJVP “count down clock” ran out in May, nothing in the form of news since then. Pojunis said he’d reveal his “business model and public market strategy” in the second quarter. It didn’t happen.
