The population of Green Bay was 105,139 from 2016 census figures. It's amazing that a city that size can support a major league team. The stadium holds around 78,000. Lots of people drive the 2+ hrs. from Milwaukee. Bus companies also run shuttles. I noticed a lot of Viking fans in the stadium so they drive over from Minnesota. Last week it was the Bears with Bear fans driving up from Chicago. I think it's just families who love the Packers and their kids are exposed at an early age to love them as well. The packers are owned by shareholders so they will never leave Green Bay. That creates a loyalty that spans generations.
