As a fellow Canadian (Nova Scotian) I totally agree with this post.

Quebec is pretty well a country within a country. There are Federal Laws and then Quebec Laws. They even have their own old age pension fund outside of the rest of Canada's.

I personally can not stand the politics of this Province...
