smart...using my model, with sales of $200m a year at the industry average of 19.91 on share price to sales would make for a PPS of $1.59!!! Not too shabby!
If I drop the P/s ratio down to 10, it would result in PPS of $.80...and if I increase the ratio to 30, the PPS would be $2.40....all other inputs below reamining constant....and note that there are no premiums in this model for POTENTIAL AND GROWTH!
based on o/s of 2.5B....and also with an estiamted average slaes price of $21 per unit, it would mean they are selling roughly 800,000 units a month, or to put it another way, tapping 800k patients out of the 4-5 million in Nigeria market or 12-15 million in the global market...ALL BASED ON THE 19.91 P/S RATIO....
much room to grow!
Hit the ask early and often!
