Other than the fact that neither the SEC nor the DOJ could ever exercise any type of jurisdiction over Kisa or Shetty because they both reside in foreign countries (Northern Cyprus and India) with no extradition agreements with the U.S. and it is quite clear they have no intention of ever stepping in the U.S.
