What do you propose we do? If your answer is "lawyer up", nothing is stopping you from doing it.

Can't change the past. I knew the risks when I started investing. I can either hire a lawyer to try and recover some of my losses (unlikely, and not helpful for a possible recovery), or I can average down knowing that if it was attractive at .08, it's a super-model at .01.
