Come on! That is not the same as a company giving themselves an out clause by prefacing things with "Our intention is " It is a very common tactic in the OTC. What in that PR is solid? Filings are not it when they are not even complete and there is nothing but intentions coming from the company. Btw, a Letter Of Intent is very different than this and is legally binding. This is a legal out clause.
