SMART...I agree with where you are coming from, but I am focusing on PPS as a function of SALES (and poduction for that matter) for 2 main reasons...1) there are too many factors in making a pps analysis based on EPS, like margins and other costs we have no idea about at this point.
and 2) the market/demand is large enough to absorb all we can make!!!
lastly, after furhter review of the companies in the index, it seems that the larger less nimble ones have the lower p/s ratios and the younger up and comers so to speak have the higher p/s ratios...so I am inlcinded to set ours at or near that 25 amount...above the avwerage for 19.91.
