The Problem here i recognized long ago DCAC has 4.2 billion shares out and a bunch of critics but fundamentally what happened was some groups chewed up all the shares and are sitting on them. who me am i part of that group. well here is the point when momentum comes again we will se what we are seeing 165,280,707 on the ask down 50% from the staple 350,000,000 on ask and if correct the lower amount will not be brought to a higher number in future as the company believes it has a game plan for traditional funding which should keep the shorts sellers out and long term investors happy and the flippers will be thier to generate liquidity on a reducing float on the ask which means the stock on a momentum play should run again will i have the ability to will you DCAC may just be that play, a shot in the dark 'a profit' for HIGH RISK tolerant investors.
