Bought out? What exactly would you be getting in buying out RBII? They have no assets so there is nothing to buy. Anyone can make a THC/CBD pill, there is nothing special or proprietary about that, same with their "stem cell" cream, nothing special or proprietary.

So no, they are not a buyout candidate as they have nothing to buyout except debt
