This device being marketed may not have historical data evidencing any kind of efficacy.
Although FDA cleared, you would think there would be data required by the government to clear it for sale. Same for the CE mark.

Such data if it exists, needs to be advertised, promoted, published.
Otherwise, why would anyone buy this?

It is this data or lack there of that determines if I am going "all in".

This is the primary goal for management. the only selling point is to show it works.

Good data and the machine sells itself.

No data, and the marketing is a failed endeavor.

We the shareholders have a right to know the data.

Show me the data, and you show me the money.

If they can't convince shareholders, they can't convince anyone.

They should loan, lease, or discount sale these machines to shareholders to try.

If they work, there is no better marketing tool than word of mouth, and all will prosper.
