Fabius, I understand emotions when a lot of people's lively hood are at stake. One see's it all the time in courtrooms or other settings where one has a lot to lose.

One needs to step back and remove themselves personally from the situation and honestly assess things and then ask is there a logical reason?

I will be the first to admit, we all can fill up an entire page of things that were done and handled wrong by the management. Things such as taking huge paychecks when the company is not profitable or taking bonuses on approvals and then failing to market them is just one example.

However, one needs to assess logically instead of emotionally the situation. Has Odidi kept the market informed of things that he could have? NO. but why is that? He knows the stock is manipulated. We all saw the massive swings after Focalin when they announced approval, rescinded approval, got it back and then lost it again. what would happen if he announced every CRL he receives? its customary and normal that companies do, however, if you know your company is just going to be shorted down the moment you do, then you start to wonder if you should annuce it, or is it better to just wait until you get approval and announce that?

Likewise, Podras. They announced when they received the patent and the stock did nothing. They announced in January they wanted to start trials in mid year and the stock did nothing. so what benefit is it to announce they started trials? we all know if they announced the trials failed and they need to tweak the formula and retest the stock would plummet.

They announced they started HAP studies and the stock didn't advance. But I bet the stock would plummet if they announced they need to retest and it will take a few more weeks. even though in the scheme of things it would mean nothing because of the litigation anyway.

That is why the company does not promote itself and the reason so many are upset is without that negative news they can't short it down further.

I read where people are saying its the end of the world because of the free fall after the RS. LOL when in reality we are just now sitting back to where we were before the split and before that Friday we saw a 36% pop on no news! Yet, people want to blame the RS for the slide in price? Its ridiculous. In reality we are just back to where we started before a pop that was manipulated.

So, As for me, I do not expect any offering to drag us down. He already got the money he needed by loaning himself. This was done calculating on his part, because he knows he would lose control if he diluted further, yet he needed to bridge a gap until whatever he is waiting for comes in.

Again, not making excuses for the man nor letting him off the hook for being a lousy CEO. Just saying things that have been happening and the lack of news, while frustrating, does not indicate the end of the world. It just means the game players will continue to short it down until that time they are caught with their pants down. which is why we saw the pop the other week. even they know they need to cover then start over.
