Patience , Alex has a plan and a time line for the company and products. Every move is thought out and planned. Although there were and are delays due to him not happy with certain things in the development, packaging etc... he will have them redone to his satisfaction, the man is a perfectionist, and he is very open about it all. I must say I am very impressed l. So just cut Alex some slack , let him do what he is doing. There is so much going on behind the scenes that most people don't realize which is a great thing. Th ere ate a couple divisions in which people work for him. I must say I have been very enlightened and happy with what is going on
