The VisualMED system that was developed from 2001 on, was a semantic system containing thousands of patient cases and tens of thousands of decisional algorithms with 30 levels of decision support. The VisualMED system was one of a kind and maybe to sophisticated and expensive to implement.

Why am I telling this? A few months ago a new website was launched, showcasing some medical algorithms:

http://visualmed.org/algorithm-for-management-of-adult-patients-with-dka/

The registrar status of the website is hidden, so can't tell if it's from our VisualMED:

Very interesting, but no hard proof that its "our" VisualMED
