DonekyChung posted on 9/7 to look up LCY chemical corp. I just realized that PWC only disclosed about Visolis and LCY buyout of Bioamber on 9/13, and only that time the name of LCY appears in monitors document. Obviously this was an insider info.

Maybe this guy and tumbletoGlory is saying is, the buyout of Bioamber would be similar to KKR buyout of LCY on July 22, 2018. Looking further about LCY, their goals and the success history of the company is very impressive. If a merger will truly happen, I think this is one of the stocks to keep an eye of.
