I could suspect Frank Wolf has known these scammers for a long time. He has 'operated' within exotic car dealerships across China for many years.

HUGE Chinese MLM'er "bussiness cults" love the car businesses for many reasons - some purchase their own.
Look legitimate. It works well. Huge MLM has leaders arrested - management runs smaller disassociation target scams.
