On page 6 of the annual stockholders document it say's - There is no plan or understanding, express or implied, to pay any compensation to any director or executive officer pursuant to any compensatory or benefit plan. Although we anticipate that we will compensate our officers and directors for services to us with (stock or options to purchase stock, in lieu of cash) So, these obviously pretty smart business men are willing to accept stock or options to purchase stock instead of CASH!! WOW
