Actually the Form 10-QSB is scheduled to be out on 11/15 but as a SOP for the company it appears that they file on the very last day of the 10-QSB filing requirement.

So 15th + 5 = 20th

As for where you will be able to locate it....

It will be PR'd and usually who ever you trade with will have a news link to the info.
