He is like a mortition of businesses. There has been loads of positive suppressed news. I honestly don't even know if they were that hard up for money. He is just preying on the investors who thought it just needed enough help to float across a short channel to success. The dude is obsessed with shitting down businesses. His resume is an endless list of shutdowns. Basically he is the Taliban of the business world.
