A company could buy the shell for 20M and have debt carry forward write offs that total more than 20M. yes that means they would actually come out on TOP after the tax savings.


The shell alone is worth a minimum 20M and even with the OS completely maxed at 8 billion shares that represents a pps of .0025. FOR THE SHELL


Now lets talk about the IP and the products. The products in NPHC's portfolio are extremely valuable. Orphan Drug status, Opioid Alternative pain management, counter measures to nerve gas, all Worth far more than 2.18 million market cap

Market cap is one of thee most important aspects to focus on whenever I make investment decisions. NPHC remains extremely undervalued and I challenge anyone to actually prove otherwise
