Now, do you find that these vague Press Releases are kind of odd? We now have two unknown Technology Outsourced Vendors. To get maximum impact, most companies would announce these Partnerships jointly. Especially, knowing how the Telecom Game is played, who you hop in bed with is just as important as what you are bringing to the table via a new product or service.
Oh and then there was that so called Patent Press Release claiming they believe its getting granted. Well its now close to 30 days from that P/R. Its not that long to get the Official Patent if they actually were given a greenlight via the USPTO. I however doubt this thing was even filed or it has been rejected.
Here is the other thing, Design Engineers need Data Sheets so that effective choices can be made about a product and its use within a combined solution. There isnt any info from their website nor anything from their Social Media via Facebook or Twitter.
3rd Qtr closes in 2 weeks, so we wont even have a good understanding of the Burn Rates and other Financial Numbers till Mid November. How much they are spending is a critical component considering ARCI appears to have negative working capital among other things. 2nd Qtr, they had yet to do their Intangibles Market Value Assessment. My guess they will delay this so that nobody sees it till sometime next year when they file their 10K.
I can only imagine the Geotraq CTO is going to get burnt out on this. They are Shooting the Moon here. So the quality of who these two Outsourcers are is absolutely critical. I still suspect we will see a suspect "Patsy" Deal from some unknown customer lined up to buy a large quantity of whatever they are allegedly building. They wil need this sooner or later to keep the hype up.
This Share Price still appears to me like trading amongst the Issacs and their Cronies.
