Uh...sounds very probable IMO....yes.....it makes perfect sense to me.....

Personally, I don't think William Aul is a "little man" and he has never "run a scam" according to the SEC or the CA BAR Association of which he has an immaculate 30 year record and membership....but it appears a court of law will likely make sure "the public" at large knows all those facts now too.....
