I wonder when justice will be served and the SEC will be penalized/ prevented from halting/expelling shells. People may have made a bad investment but they still own shares with their hard earned $ and no one knows what they were intending would happen with the future of the stock.

Indeed they do more damage than good. The halts need to stop and the SEC needs to go after the bad guys, not the investors.

"halted as the stock may be a danger for future investors" my butt. They say that even when the A/S and O/S is the same. And it wouldn't be a danger if it wasn't for you guys halting. bastards.
