"We did indicate that we wanted to up list to a major stock exchange as soon as we could qualify" So this reverse split is to up list to the MAJOR STOCK EXCHANGE. I didn't realize the OTCQB was a major exchange and oh yeah it did wonders for the company when they up listed months ago. I've been laughing about this all day.
