So the first red flag is that the business address is actually the address of US Post office in LA..

If I was a new investor looking at this I would NOT trust Boley or this fly by night so called “CEO”

I personally don’t see any substance here, Im banking on this fabricated deal getting defuncted and try for some other type of business (like MJ) this one sounds horrible in terms of making any kind of profit. What does Opportunity Knocks Television, LLC even own??? From what it sounds like nothing the Authors own all the content rights. Seems like a so called CEO that doesn’t know what he is doing.
