Why would anyone own shares at .04 when just sold for one half of 1 cent.

Please explain what you mean when you say these shares "just sold" for one half of 1 cent?

A creditor loaned one million dollars to Tmmi. In December of 2017, almost a year ago - that debt was converted to 213 or so million common shares, and one million preference shares (convertible to another 200 million common shares). In effect, the creditor swapped 1 million dollars in debt for upwards of 413 million common shares.

That's a terrific investment, if it pans out. For it to pan out, when the hold periods expire, it is necessary that there be a market for shares for hundreds of millions of shares, or the creditor loses a million dollars.
