It seems to me that acquiring shares at half of .01 cents (.005 cents) would be a terrific investment if you could sell at .04 cents. It's an 800% return.
Also, A dividend of 0.01 cent per share would not be trivial or meaningless - a shareholder who paid .005 cents would get twice his money back, and still own the shares.
But regardless, what this has to do with Paul Healy, I don't know. According to his declaration, he is not behind the 413,000,000 shares converted or potentially converted from the 1 million dollar debt.
(P.S. When this conversion was revealed in the filings, a few here criticized it for seeming too generous!)
