MEC and its share holders have been held hostage for the last five years by frivolous law suits and dumb decisions by the Ed. Im sure Ed started this company with the best of intentions, and he had a bright future prior to 2008. Ed kept this company alive during the banking crisis by doing anything necessary. It was during this time that people tried to manipulate him into making money by turning MEC into a pump and dump penny stock. I think Ed got overwhelmed and started having personal issues causing the company to suffer. Ed had a great idea, but like a lot of "idea people" they don't know how to pull it off. Maybe someday we will know the truth!
