Both the Republicans and the Democrats are both for the hemp portion of the farm-bill. The problem is the work requirement to receive food stamps. Republicans want able bodied recipients that are not working, to work for food stamps. The Democrats, like always, want to give everything away for free with no requirements. It is basically to buy votes by the Dems. IMO
