HEMP is the majority holder.
Yes, you need a business license to operate a buisness in Oregon, you need to register with Oregon dept of Ag to grow, handle, process hemp!

Also, the JNV llc is a real company growing hemp in Oregon and isn't a separate business owned by others, as has been stated on here, twice now!
