What? Who is this ‘he’ who could acquire 54% of the shares for 0.005 cents? And who are the they that would sell that amount at that price?

See filings. 54% is owned by two LLCs. Some of the shares were issued on a debt for equity swab which I believe was priced at less than 5 cents per share. I’d have to go back and check to be sure on the amount. Possibly priced at 2 cents?
