What has Kim done that is considered securities fraud?

If he has committed fraud it is your responsibility to report it to the SEC - but we all know that won't happen because Kim hasn't committed accounting/securities fraud.

Kim has kept the SEC at bay - unlike the other two companies Ross was involved in - HFBG was suspended - GRCU is being investigated by the SEC but NGCG is free from any SEC investigation.

The nonsense that Kim is a scammer is just another pinkyland fantasy that has Zero merit in what seems to be a personal vendetta against Kim void of facts.
