Yes, it was 15 as a high premarket. I noticed it as I got a fill before market open on part of my holdings. I then watched it as the illegal manipulation that has been happening began taking place again. I've been watching level 2 all day. There is definitely a group manipulating price action here playing both sides of the bid/ask taking this around like a yo-yo. And yes, if the PR was actually true - that was excellent news and this trading action is totally indicative of illegal trading practices.
Definitely should not be happening on a NASDAQ stock. Trading action looks more like what happens on the OTC Pinks.
