Appears to me they waived the white towel. My opinion is they missed the boat on OTT and I don't see how they could compete with either creation or distribution of content. I lost confidence when news came out about an investment etc from Kodiak and then it apparently went south with no updates from the company - it was like it never happened. Maybe they will sell the shell - who knows.

My opinions anyways.
