Hanks is working to make MMEX profits off his arrangement to buy oil from local areas and truck it to the Gulf Coast and sell it there. The difference in what he can buy the oil for in West Texas and sell it for, even after paying trucking costs to the Texas coast refineries, will be significant and profitable to MMEX now as stated in this shareholder update in first paragraph:
