Toron, Inc. Provides Corporate Update On InMed Group, Inc.
Tucson, Arizona--(Newsfile Corp. - September 17, 2018) - Toron, Inc. (OTC Pink: TRON) is pleased to announce that we have completed the acquisition of InMed Group, Inc a Montgomery, AL based operator of hospitals and senior care facilities ("InMed"). InMed operates 3 hospitals and 9 adult care facilities in Alabama and Georgia.
InMed completed another successful year in 2017, with recorded Revenue of approximately $92 million.
President Ortiz Morentin stated: "I would like to thank our shareholders for keeping faith in our company during this period.
"We had a few hurdles along the way to complete this acquisition and I'm glad we managed to make it happen.
