They will need majority of vote from shareholders to approve the reverse split which I doubt they will agree to 2nd time around after seeing the stock price plung from 2.25$ to 0.02 in 6-7 weeks. There's still hope here imo that the r/s won't be approved! $HMNY

And if that happens the stock will simply move over to OTCQB.
