I met with Mr Umbra on more than one occasion the first time being 6 years by now I believe. I met him with my partner and our attorney. I had never spoken with him over the phone before that. I did speak with him about two years later on a call scheduled call with our attorney. After that I did not have a scheduled call with him so when I called him last year for the first time unscheduled I was very surprised that he would take a call from an unscheduled random shareholder. I only gave my first name and he still took the call. My partner did the same although they speak more often than him and me. That’s why I decided to call anonymously.

It still surprises me when people on the board say they spoke with him because most CEOs don’t take calls from random shareholders. Can you imagine Elon Musk or Tim Cook taking my calls. I own quite a bit of both AAPL and TSLA and I can assure you that they couldn’t be bothered none to take my calls. And I have been around since their early days with both them companies.
